History

Established in 1999, the company has grown from a 20 suites hotel to 35 suites and a Thalasso SPA center in the past year. Last renovation took place on January 2008.

Location

Hotel Villa Rolandi is located on the beach in the Southern zone of Isla Mujeres, overlooking the impressive Caribbean Sea, with a breathtaking and marvelous view of Cancun. The Hotel is strategically located five minutes away from the ferry terminal in Isla Mujeres and only 20 minutes from mainland. The dock is 20 minutes away from the Cancun international airport. (19 miles plus 7nautical miles).

Thalasso Therapy SPA

Designed with special care for our clients with the tropical colors of the sand and sea fo the Caribbean we have created a center of Thalasso in memory of the Old culture and European  philosophy where the body is taken care of with great delicacy. Daily open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Dining and Entertainment

Rolandi is synonymous with gourmet tradition in Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Its secret lays in the creativity of the Swiss-Northern Italian cuisine and the delicious, exclusive recipes cooked in its firewood oven that seal in the juices and retain their original flavors. Our chef Daniele Müller has created for Casa Rolandi specialties of contemporary cousin and for our clients with a dietetic regimen a menu with low calories that will take care of there well being, this specially design menu can be applied along side the Thalasso therapy Spa technique that can be taken advantage of right here in our Hotel.

Breakfast available daily from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Casual lunching with our gourmet snack menu and elegant a-la-carte dinner. The restaurant is open daily from noon until 10:30pm.The extensive international bar has a sweeping view over the ocean and features romantic music at the time to enjoy the sunset.

Live piano music on week-ends from 7: 00 to 10:30 p.m.

Cozy Bar: Lounge lobby bar is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m.

• Round trip sea transfer from Cancun’s Playa Linda dock to our private dock is included with in yacht operating hours from 09:30 am to 07:30 pm.
