CANCELLATION POLICY, NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES:

December 23, 2010 to January 6, 2011. For all cancellations received within 30 days before guest arrival will be charged 3 nights. No Shows are penalized with the total stay.

January 7, 2010 to April 11, 2010. All cancellations received within 14 days before guest arrival and No Shows will be penalized with a stay of 2 nights.

July 5 2010 August 15, 2010: All cancellations received within 14 days before guest arrival and No Shows will be penalized with a stay of 2 nights.

All reservations during the mentioned periods above shall be fully paid 15 days before arrival.

For all periods not covered by the above date, all reservations must be fully paid 3 days before the arrival of the guest. All cancellations received within 3 days before guest arrival and No Shows will be penalized with a 1-night stay.

The administration fee on refunds is US$20.00

Riviera Maya Golf Club is an impressive architectural project in which the renowned designer Rober Trent Jones II has managed to create spectacular synergies between the 36-hole golf course and the luxurian Mayan jungle, natural lakes and freshwater wells over a steep relief. The course has a total lenght of 11,211 yards for the 27 holes, plus 1,356 yards that make up the par-27 nine hole course. The first 18 professional holes have a distance of 7,843 yards. The design brings into play natural elements and water obstacles such as lakes and freshwater wells. These make for a truly challenging round.
